Steve Kroeger is a life coach and inspirational speaker who provides support to companies, managers and private persons to reach their personal summits with the help of the 7 SUMMITS® Strategy. International companies such as ProSiebenSAT1 Media, Rödl & Partner, AIESEC and Siemens book his inspiring talks.

Steve has become one of Germany’s most successful personal trainers after ten years of experience in accompanying top performers.
Steve was a visiting lecturer at the German Trainer Academy in Cologne from 2007 to 2011 where he was responsible for training the personal trainers and life coaches. He qualified personal trainers, coaches and health experts between 2009 and 2011 in cooperation with the Institut für Lebensmotive and the rp academy (Switzerland) for the Reiss Profile Master Fitness & Health. 
It was in 2012 that Steve Kroeger decided to commit all his time to his 7 SUMMITS Project.

Steve Kroeger and his team have been conducting seminar trips to Africa’s highest mountain since 2007. It was that same year that marked the launch of the 7 SUMMITS Project: Climbing the seven highest mountains on the seven continents. Five of the seven summits have been reached and by the end of 2013 he will have completed his project with Mount Everest being the last of the seven.

In September 2011, the German Speakers Association asked Steve Kroeger to hold a laudation for Reinhold Messner (one of the most famous mountaineers of all time).
